Toughseal is a highly researched complex blend of PTFE and polysilazanes particle displacement protection package for the exterior of cars, boats, caravans and aircraft. This revolutionary Hydrophobic PTFE Acryloplexin -8% P.T.F.E Sealant has been designed and engineered using nanotech technology to protect today's high quality paintwork for up to ten years, from everyday harmful elements, such as Ultra Violet Rays, Oxidation, bird droppings, acid rain, fading and diesel fumes year after year. There is no need to ever wax again.

Once the paintwork has been treated, you can then apply the same high quality finish inside the vehicle using the Vinyl & Leather Protector and the Fabric Protector (sold separately) . For long-lasting results, use the Dry Wash & Guard and the Wash & Gloss which are also sold separately .

	Step 1, reactive pre treatment and Step 2 Acryloplexin PTFE Sealant A 2-part Acryloplexin PTFE process that gives all paintwork a diamond-hard shine and offers protection from most harmful elements  including: ultra violet rays, fading, acid rain, peeling, frost, tree sap, insect acid, bird droppings, oxidation (chalking), petrol and diesel fumes. Unlike ordinary wax and silicone polishes, that break down under the sun's UV heat, the protective effects of Toughseal's Acryloplexin resins are actually enhanced by the sun due to the unique nanotech particle displacement throughout the formula. The high gloss finish will remain wash after wash and wax polishing is not required ever again.
	Fabric Protector Toughseal's advanced Flurocarbon Stain release agent fabric protector treats synthetic fabrics including nylon, polyester, acrylic and their blends with natural fibres. Fabric Protector formula adheres to every fibre of the materials used for upholstery and carpets, protecting against oil & water-based spills. Liquid's will simply find it very hard to penetrate the protection system on the surface of your upholstery making it simple to wipe away without leaving stains or dulling fabrics *some liquids may stain if solvent based. Toughseal also helps reduce wear on fabrics and carpets by eliminating friction from trapped dirt particles between fibres.
	Wash and Gloss Wash and gloss is a paint protection system & enhancer. When used in conjunction with Toughseal's PRE-TREATMENT step 1 and Toughseal's Aryloplexin (PTFE) SEALANT step 2 will help to preserve Toughseal's unique protective chemical formulations applied to car paintwork. WASH & GLOSS is a Ph Neutral shampoo that will help strengthen the unique properties of Toughseal's protective formula to maintain a high gloss showroom finish.
	Alloy Wheel Wax Protection Toughseal Alloy Wax is the most advanced cleaner and protector for wheels. Using an advanced polymer technology to chemically bond to the pores of the wheels make-up, it seals and protects leaving a highly polished surface. As the treated surface cures, the P.T.F.E molecules elongate, interlocking with each other, resulting in tough bonded protective coating to the wheel. This revolutionary polymer protection system is proven to protect alloy, chrome and highly polished wheels from everyday harmful elements, such as ultra violet rays, oxidation, brake dust and fall-out, road grime, and salt year after year.
	Leather Conditioner and Feed An extremely rich blend of the world's finest oils and waxes. Used to promote a long lasting healthy supple natural leather finish. Suitable for use in cars, marine, aircraft and home furnishings. Rich and creamy texture with a gentle fragrance of natural leather. Protects and Lubricates leather from staining, cracking and premature aging, by providing a protective shield to the surface of the leather as well as the essential oils and lubrication that it needs to remain soft and supple. A simple “Wipe-On, Wipe-Off?application penetrates easily into the fibres of leather providing a barrier between the leather and foreign material such as oils, liquids, alcohol, normal dirt and soiling and much more.
	Dry-Wash & Guard This product is a highly researched waterless car wash and protective glaze that produces an armour-like 'invisible shield'. DRY-WASH & GUARD does not contain wax, nor is it a polish. DRY-WASH & GUARD combines all the best features of waxes, polishes and paint sealants without any of the abrasive problems. It can even be applied over dusty or dirty surfaces without leaving scratches. DRY-WASH & GUARD combines specially formulated detergents, wetting agents, lubricants and sealing compounds that soften and emulsify grime whilst lubricants attach a microscopic PTFE bonded layer that produce a shiny protection. This product can be used in place of water required.
	Vinyl & Leather Protectant Vinyl & leather upholstery and dashboards can be damaged by harmful sunlight. Cracking fading and discolouring on vinyl & leather interiors will now be a thing of the past if you use Toughseal's vinyl & leather protectant. Easy to apply just wipe on with cloth and allow to dry, it will not leave a sticky glossy silicone finish just a fresh natural appearance. Simply wipe the treated surfaces with a clean moist cloth on a regular basis to help maintain that showroom finish

Exterior Detailing

1. Inspection of Vehicle
2. Hand washing with Wash & Gloss Shampoo
3. Detail cleaning with magic clay
4. Using buffing machine to apply Toughseal Pre Treatment step 1 - is non abrasive cleaning compound that removes all foreign matters from the surface including road grime, rain spots & light to medium oxidation, The original colour and brightness of the pint is now restored to showroom shine,
5. Using buffing machine to apply Acrylic / P.T.F.E. Sealant- this is an acrylic formulation Sealant not a wax, As opposed to wax which melts off, or wash off in a matter of weeks. Acrylic Sealant seals the surface of acrylic clear coat paint as the acrylic to acrylic bonds produces the best adhesion properties thus forming a Protective shield against corrosion, oxidation, ultra-violet rays, pollution & salt. An addition layer of clear coat have been added to the vehicle that will last up to five years and leaves a totally brilliant shine under nonnal condition.
   
6. Hand buff door jams and frames with Stepl & 2 sealant
7. Coat to sport rims.
   
8. Tyre and bumper protection.
   
9. Apply sealant to windscreen, mirrors, headlight, rear light an4 etc.
   

Interior Detailing

1. Clean interior with Toughseal wash & gloss shampoo.
2. Apply Toughseal Protectant to dashboard, door panel, and all rubber vinyl.
3. Toughseal Leather condition and protection.
4. Vacuum interior and rear boot area.

Aftercare Protection

Once applied, the product will last for a period of 5 years with a warranty of 18 months, PROVIDING the following advice is followed:

1. Vehicle to be washed regularly with Toughseal Wash & Gloss shampoo.
2. Bird droppings, tree sap and other harsh stains are to be removed within 48 hrs of occurrence.
3. Apply Toughseal dry wash & Guard every 3 to 6 months for extra protection.
4. Do not wax your car it will dull the surface and invalidate warranty.
   
5. Exclusive grooming service for Toughseal members at $10.00 per visit,
   

Additional Charges

1. Vehicles that require machine compound will be levied $50.00 surcharged for car with heavy oxidation and water spots.
   
2. Black and White cars coloured cars additional of $50.00 surcharged.
